Bomb Girls does really well with characterization. All of the main female characters are vastly different and well-developed. And one of them is gay.

Legend of the Seeker, The Good Wife + Lost Girl boast interesting bisexual characters and Lost Girl includes a lesbian relationship where both characters are pretty feminine.

Willow + Tara from Buffy. Both interesting, both femme.
