So much this. I go out of my mind when gays and straight allies call any gay person or character "a stereotype". Even worse when they say "people like that are the reason gays are hated". As if hate were reasonable; don't fucking excuse that shit. It's even worse when it's a real person like gay YouTube celebs than when it's a fictional character like Bryan, but still. Lots of gay people are like this, and lots of gay characters are not these days, so we don't need to go denying the campy gay their representation.
