Re: Dinner time as an adult is hard work

Opened a bagged salad, took a meal-sized portion and stored the rest in a tupperware, crumbled up some salmon burger from the weekend and added some noodles from this weird cabbage dish my grandmother insisted on giving, and put it all together. And then had frozen grapes for dessert.

So... totally lazy here too, but in a satisfying way.


I pretty much don't ever eat anything that takes more than 10-15 minutes to make more than once or twice a week- everything else is pretty much low-effort/low-attention-requiring stuff, leftovers, or stuff that I can mix leftovers into.
