do it. I'm the anon freaking out about grad school, and I'm really looking forward to my anxiety group starting up again tomorrow. An initial appointment is always really low pressure, just to see if it's a good fit for you, don't worry. If you're feeling self conscious just remember that they see people will aaaall kinds of problems, some of them just like yours and some very very different. The only thing you for sure have in common with the people there is that you were all smart enough to use the resources available to you :)
My first anxiety group was entirely filled with varsity athletes with too much on their plate. We had so little in common it was refreshing.
