I went on an adventure today...

...and dyed my hair pink! It's something I've wanted to do since I was six years old. And, thirteen years later, fantasy became reality thanks to a wonderful roommate. :)

Yay! I had pink hair this summer for a couple of days. It was a lot of fun. :)

Yay! Pink is my second favorite hair color to have. It's a very close second to purple. So bright and fun!

I have pink hair, too! I naturally have super dark hair, so I had to bleach my hair first, and then dyed it pink. It really fried my hair (since I dye my hair a lot), and, six months later, my hair is just finally softening up (thanks Organix Cherry Blossom Ginseng conditioner!). My dye job was DIY at my friend's apartment and it didn't turn out too well (especially when it was fried), but I quite like it now. I have to continually, about ever 3 weeks, put more pink dye in my hair, and I actually like how my dark roots are contrasting against the bright pink, though I'm considering going to a professional to ask if they can do a touch up job.
