If you call her gross she'll probably be pissed of and will act out by posting more pictures. If you're gonna talk to her about it(and I'm not sure you even should tbqh), make sure to be succinct and non-aggressive on what you say, tell her how you see her point of view but how you feel posting those pictures to get an reaction is ineffective and all. You probably can come up with something better than that, idk.
