Around December 2011 I started looking up presidential candidates. When I mentioned this to my classmate, he said "But isn't it too late to vote??" I was like, "ummm... the election is in 2012" and he was just like "Oh." (We're both American adults, he had no excuse to not know when the election was)

Also, same guy, I was just learning to skateboard about the time I was going to move to Hawaii. He asked how I was going to skateboard in Hawaii "when Hawaii is all sand." He literally thought the whole state was nothing but sand.

He's pretty much the stupidest person I've ever met. Luckily he's a douche so I don't have to feel guilty about making fun of him.

Elections *are* usually in November, but it's not like presidential elections happen every year, so the guy should have noticed that no one was voting for president the month before.

LOL @ Hawaii being entirely sand. Like, you step out of some big, modern building in Honolulu and find yourself on an unpaved street made of sand!
