Patient shows an unability to understand kink

But I do get what you're saying. Sometimes people just jump into the scenario without explaining how an act so incredibly OOC would even happen. A lot of writers are impatient to get to the porn and don't realize there is ALWAYS a way to plausibly get the characters to perform an act, or even act a certain way, without it being OOC. Especially on a kink meme.

Never forget
-mind control
-sex pollen
-alternate/mirror universes
-the two characters actually roleplaying through the whole story and this not being revealed till the end
-it was all a dream/a character's fantasy/a character's own fanfic
-aliens or overlords make them do it

It takes like ten seconds to come up with a solution and subtly alter the characterization to match that solution. And it w/e, it may be cliche, but that's better than being OOC. If I wanted to read about two unrecognizable characters fucking, I'd go to the alt.sex.stories repository or something.
