See, if it were regular prompts I could understand an outcry of "That's OOC!", but when it comes to sex, unless it's a fandom that's canonically shown what the characters are and aren't likely to do in bed, while a prompt could be written OOCly (with regards to how they talk/react/etc), I don't see how a prompt could be considered OOC, when you don't KNOW for sure whether someone would or wouldn't do something.
