You're probably going to get some flak for that, OP, but let it be known that I agree with you.

Pedophilia, even make-believe pedophilia, is gross.

And I hate the double-standard I see in fandom where the sexualization of young boys is somehow okay, while the sexualization of young girls is still unacceptable. If someone is into loli, they're a pervert. If someone likes shota, "It's just a fantasy!" :/

depends on where you are in fandom though. If it's a female-dominated area, underage boys are more acceptable. Male-dominated and underage girls are fine but underage boys are gross.

Pedophilia is illegal, make-believe pedophilia is gross, to some people. Still they have no right to judge other people who don't find it gross.

I find Male domination/Female submission (Fifty Shades and its ilk) very gross. I don't make grand statements about it and stand back for people to clap for me. I know those people who like it aren't out to enslave women.
