I can watch both, and there are some English VAs I really love, but if I have the choice I prefer subs, something about reading a stupid line rather than hearing it just reduces the embarrassment squick for me. Except for Cowboy Bebop if I'm watching Bebop it's got to be the dubs. I tried the subs and couldn't get past the first episode.

Yeah there are still some anime that I will ALWAYS watched dubbed- Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Slayers...
