Hard core consensual guro fic. Like legs/arms/wings being ripped off or eyes getting gouged in the middle (they aren't human obviously hahaha). I see it only in non-con/dub-con fics in my fandom though.

This! I read a fic where a guy did an autopsy-like exam of a friend who couldn't feel pain, and it was awesome. But, honestly, I kinda would have liked to read a story about them having sex while the one guy was cut open and the other could play with his insides... There's just something about CONSENSUAL guro--sexual or not--that just... I dunno... DO WANT.

Have you ever watched The Repo Men (starring Jude Law and Forrest Whitaker)? I just watched it like last week.

There's a scene between Jude Law's character and his female love interest where they have to cut each other open and dig around to scan artificial body parts back into the system. It's straight up played as if it were a sex scene.

This whole thread reminded me that I'm in a fandom with "dead" people who I could totally write consensual (or non-consensual i'm not picky) guro with and have no one actually get seriously injured. hmmm...
