AFAIK, there's no such thing as a non-serious concussion. If you have a head injury and pass out, vomit, or feel drowsy, you go directly to the Emergency Room, do not pass Go, do not collect $200.

Broken fingers merit a doctor visit, to get a splint. A fall that results in bone bruising--eh, monitor how you feel for a while, and if it's not getting better, if your mobility is restricted to the point where you can't do ordinary things like open a door, or sleep at night without waking up in pain, at least call a helpline.
