Concussions are always serious injuries. In general, head injuries should be taken seriously. There's varying degrees of serious, but if you have a head injury that's described as a concussion, it's possible you could have brain damage and you should definitely get checked.

Broken fingers are less serious, but should definitely be looked at.

Bone bruising, ditto.

Fractures, double ditto.

I'm guessing you live in a country that doesn't have national health care, but in general any sort of injury that impedes your life or leaves you in severe pain for any extended period of time should be looked at.
