Wow, I came here expecting a lot of "The boob window is terrible and misogynistic and just another method of objectification of women in comics" but instead I got... a lot of people loving that they can easily stare at a superhero's tits in a costume that doesn't make sense.

I feel like I've been supremely trolled. Now I'm just disappointed in everyone.

Is it the staring at the tits that you object to? I've noticed women who aren't attracted to women sometimes will disapprove of this, whilst cheerfully ogling men's arses in the same way.

Or is it the impractical costume? Well, you have more of a beef there, although superhero costumes are pretty ridiculous and often pretty impractical in general. (Spandex? What kind of armour protection does that give you?)

(Also, I love the aesthetic of boob windows in outfits personally, a lot of cybergoth outfits - whilst not pretending to be fight-ready - are lovely for this.)

"Loving that they can easily stare at a superhero's tits" was not the impression I got from anyone this thread. More like thinking the costume can look good when drawn by someone who actually knows how to draw women. That, and the fact that her new costume is ugly as fuck.

You're disappointed in the fact that we can acknowledge something is silly, and potentially a bit offensive, and then get over it because it's a quintessential part of a great character, and looks good when she has the anatomy of a proper human being?
