Ultimately flash is just a tool, same as any tools used in traditional pencil sketching, painting, penning, or even rotoscoping. My Little Pony has it's own unique style, same as everything else. It's just easier to identify the use of flash because it's clearly smoother and cleaner than a traditionally hand-drawn (with pencil/pen/whatever) work would be.

Neither style is bad, wrong, or weaker than the other. The way that it's animated is a conscious design decision by the people producing the show. It's not 'worse' or 'better'

I wasn't arguing which is "better" or "worse"? Just pointing out that Superjail is animated with that painstaking frame-by-frame technique which is, while still amazing, getting rare in 2D animation these days.

Not that there's anything wrong with taking a shortcut or two with Flash tweening. The style just has a tendency to look clumsy and unappealing unless you really know how to work it. MLP and Motorcity do look very neat though.
