B) You have drawn a definitive line.
Now, you must make certain that you keep perspective and maintain that line. It can be really, really easy to start talking yourself into pushing just a little bit further ("surely, if I just did this it wouldn't do any harm...").
It might be best to east up altogether and take a break.
