Honestly, I thought it was going to be bad. I got the impression that this show would be the spawn of Dawson's Creek and Supernatural after they had crazy mad drunk sex one Friday night under the full moon.

Then Sterek happened. And I was like "Fandom, stop trying to make Sterek happen. It's not going to happen." Then the whole Slash Tourney on AfterElton happened and some of the actors from the show were even like "FFff! OMG vote for our couple!" and it was hilarious and then I decided "fine, I watch your damn show!"

Surprisingly, I actually liked it. It might be because of the actors and the characters they play. It might be because I am suckered into the idea of Sterek and I'm having to see for myself whether or not people's slash goggles are strapped on too tight. Or it's probably just the kind of silly fun that I found myself enjoying because I haven't had anything like that in a while and Teen Wolf just has it.

I disagree with what some of the actors have said though- that it's "a show that appeals to everybody." It really doesn't. For starter's there's this whole theme of teenage drama in that was originally meant to appeal for high school kids that I'm pretty sure a lot of people above twenty-four or twenty-five would roll their eyes at.

So really, I do get why you wouldn't want to get into the series if the premise really doesn't appeal to you. I mean, it's exactly what it says in the title. It's about a Teen Wolf. Just don't be a jerk to people who do like the show. It's not that hard.

EDIT; ...Yeah, it doesn't help that I find the actors all kinds of adorable.

idk, I'm 25 and I watch the show with my Dad and he loves it, so. *shrug*

I'm about to turn 25 soon, so Teen Wolf is a guilty pleasure. Oh God, the shame, it's delicious... Hmm, I don't know, but watching the show makes me feel young again, so maybe it's that?
