You can also stir fry them with yakisoba sauce. I do this when I can't afford the yakisoba noodles, which is pretty often.

http://asiansupper.com/recipe/yakisoba-recipe has a recipe for the sauce, but personally since I'm cheap and don't always have it all on hand, I just use half&half mirin/soy sauce and pour in some sugar to taste. It's pretty good and I usually end up eyeballing the measurements at this point.

If you're tired of cooking noodles, crush them over a salad. Also, learn to make cheap bento items! They are fun and pretty easy. http://justbento.com/

I like to make tamagoyaki (little egg omlettes) and some rice, then throw in some steamed, pickled, or stir fried veggies on the side.
