Who hates Sweets? How could anyone hate Sweets?

In fairness, he did start out as a foil for Bones and Booth to make fun of. But, yeah, he's long since proved his mettle; he's intelligent, he knows his stuff, and he can be pretty bad-ass when he needs to be. Hell, he was the fucking HERO in the most recent episode (the one with the Thirstbuster bomb).

I think it's because he was going to be Gormagon, but the Writers' Strike killed the chances of a slow build-up, so everyone decided to go with a shocking twist instead, and Zack turned out to be the Gormagon's apprentice. So, basically, Zack fans (including myself) were PISSED that Sweets was going to stay and Zack was not. It took me two years to get over it. (Probably the child abuse episode; I just couldn't stay mad at him after that.)

THIS. That was the worst 'reveal' ever, and the stupidest way of getting anyone off a show ever. I never liked Sweets and still don't, but Bones has sucked so bad for so long, i don't watch anymore, anyway.
