That's probably because most conservatives have their eyes screwed shut waiting for this whole thing to be over so they can pretend it never happened.

But yeah... I may or may not have lied and told someone I would vote for Romney if they mentioned Obama to me one. more. time.

My favorite line lately is to say, "Who?", "...who?", "No, never heard of him. What movie was he in?".

If I'm in a trollin' mood and it doesn't look like anything will shut them up? If they support Romney I claim I'm voting for him because I want polygamy to be legal. Obama? Because I think a Muslim president will find a way to end the war on terror.

I always wanna mess with the pollsters on the phone but I get nervous and just hang up on them instead. And maybe messing with them would be too cruel...

I'm also pretty darned tired of politics, but at this rate even if it was revealed that Obama was sacrificing babies to Satan, I don't think I could justify even pretending I could vote for Romney, or in fact not vote against him. :P

Which may be why the conservatives I know have also largely been quiet. I don't think anyone likes this guy. I just have the one tea partier aunt who posts a bunch of "WHY ISN'T THE LAMESTREAM MEDIA REPORTING ON THIS?!?!?" conspiracy theory blog links about evil things Obama has allegedly done. Even she doesn't seem to really support Romney over him anyway. :P
