...You know. My first though, reading this, was '..Wait, you *want* a character that's a bunch of bad stereotypes running around? 'Cause...that's really not cool, bro...and kinda racist.' Then I actually stopped to try to figure out what you meant by 'acts white'.

Now, I'll admit I'm white so I could very well be missing something here but...um. Honestly? I've known plenty of people who weren't white who acted like that, but were still very much whatever ethnicity they were a member of. It just seems to be a *western* culture thing, which...really, isn't the same thing.

The OP is racist.

As an Asian person, it's highly offensive to say we're 'acting white' when we don't act like a complete over-top stereotype. There is no such thing as acting 'black', 'white', or 'asian' unless you believe that racist stereotypes are real. There is only culture. And being part of Western culture doesn't change your race.

Next thing you know we'll be criticized for being too light-skinned or our eyes aren't the right shape. Oh wait, they already do that!
