(Anonymous) 2012-10-08 03:47 pm (UTC)(link)What I really loved about this pairing was that Jack and real!Jack were equals in a lot of ways. Not only in rank, but also in experience - real!Jack might have been someone Jack would have opened up to.
As for what happened to real!Jack once Jack and Tosh left, well, the fact that two people vanished into a glowing portal probably stole the thunder. I like to think that everyone there kind of reached the silent agreement that none of that ever happened, for the sake of their sanity.
