I just wanted to join those who have said that the only reason you should leave fandom is because you don't enjoy it anymore. If you are able to take care of your responsibilities, then your hobbies are nobody's business. I'm 27, married, have two sons and I'm still in fandom. I write fanfic, I read and comment, I even enjoy discussions on the boards. I don't plan on quitting anytime soon.

(My husband is going to be 46 and he's still into fannish things too, he's especially into video games and RPGs.)
