I was really excited when it was announced - I always got wistful when people would talk about their favorite version of SH, because I'd never gotten into any of the shows and didn't know where to start. So a whole new version I could get in on the ground floor of? I was in.

Also, with House going off the air, I needed a snarky puzzle-solver show in my life.

Then the promos started coming out. I was afraid then that I'd hate it...and I did. 'Holmes' is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me for some reason. One of the very few shows I've ever dropped before the second episode.
