There's nothing wrong with saying "I'm not going to make judgements until I've seen the pilot, and I'm excited for Lucy Liu!" Hell, even I was optimistic about it for a while.
But staunchly defending it before you'd seen more than some promos ... well, it's your own fault you're in this mess now.
