i think i've said something pretty similar to that before here, but yeah, i agree. not just in the sense of a fandom's 'need', i would love to see how having such a development would be treated by the media. i mean, would this boost show popularity, would it go over well with the fans in the end, could it potentially open the door for other shows with similar dynamics to actually consider the two in question getting together? nevermind if it could be done well, and in sterek's case i think it'd have to be sometime long after derek gets over his trust issues, so maybe season 10?

sterek fans have been acting super entitled but tbh this is probably the show most likely to have anything actually happen. at the very least i think stiles' sexuality might get some exploration and i'd love to see that.
