(Anonymous) 2012-10-15 09:53 am (UTC)(link)I'm so far at the spoiler-phobe end of the spectrum that I think there should be an option to turn guest-star credits off. If you see an actor's name, you expect them to be around every corner, and when they finally *do* arrive (and generally behind a smash-cut, which is the thing, because it's obvious they were trying to shock people, but anyone who cares that much about the character knows the actor's name and thus now knows what's coming), it's almost a letdown.
