regarding issue number one, white people can experience racism in nations where they are institutionally the minority. places like japan and china are rather racist towards whites.

They can also experience racism in places where they're the majority.

Just not institutional racism (the clues in the name!)

But I guess knowing that would require SJWs to have read any actual academic literature on the topic.
