For some reason I got on this train of thought where I was like "Man, video game kisses always look so awkward." And then I remembered I actually REALLY liked the first kiss with Anders in Dragon Age 2 (spoiler warning, and also is followed by a sex scene so NSFW): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YygBG7zvZOY

I'm not sure what it is about that one, particularly when coupled with a rivalry romance. I might just have a thing for anguished declarations of love, IDK.

...Also, I tried to think of another kiss i like more with this one because I know I bring up Chrono Crusade a lot, but...I....I love the context of the conversation surrounding it, and after waiting the entire manga for it to happen it's...pretty satisfying.

The scanlation translation here is pretty awkward, so I'll only post the page the kiss is on and try to fill in the rest from memory:

Chrono [after making it so that Rosette can't follow him (it has to do with his powers, long story)]: I'm sorry, Rosette. I don't think things will turn out well [in the battle].
Rosette: What?! That's why I can't let you go alone!
Chrono: It's not just that. There's too many demons ahead. I won't be able to protect you. But if I go alone, there's a chance that I'll make it back alive. Besides...Aion's going to be there. This is something we have to settle ourselves.
Rosette: [in tears] Are you saying I'll just get in the way? I don't want to be separated from you again!
Chrono: [He shakes his head 'no'.] Weren't you the one that said "the place that Chrono can go back to was decided 4 years ago"?

On phone, so no video or pics, but the scene where Tara gets back with Willow in the episode Entropy of Buffy makes me melt.

There are all sorts of context issues, and the next episode is full of "Damn you joss!", but that scene? Don't know exactly why, but it hits my emotions just right.

The one in Tangled, after her hair gets cut. It's her first kiss and it totally looks like a first kiss. I thought it was really sweet. :)

Jack and Sally from the end of "Nightmare Before Christmas". It's so perfectly timed, framed, built up to, and I just love it like nobody's business :D

Kissing in media usually bores me or grosses me out. (Yes, I'm still eight years old.) But I thought the kiss between Aang and Katara at the end of A:TLA was cute.

Odo and Kira, Star Trek DS9, after 5 1/2 seasons of buildup and tension and a flashpoint where the tension turns into a full-out explosion and a massive shouting match, in the middle of the crowded promenade with a hundred people's heads turning to look at them going "wait how what" while they give no fucks. Only onscreen kiss I ever literally cheered at out loud.

Runners up:

Ron and Hermione's in the book of Deathly Hallows. Harry's reaction is what really made it glorious.

Barney and Robin from HIMYM, in the cab, yakking laughing making fun of what a disaster their relationship was and effortlessly transitioning to frantically making out. I heard it was ripped off from Community but IDGAF.

Buffy and Angel: "Close your eyes." *heart shatters*

Fry and Leela, at the end of "The Why of Fry."

Han and Leia's in...can I just list every single one of Han and Leia's? Like, every single one of them I can remember? The "I'm nice men" one, the one right before he gets frozen, the one where she rescues him and wakes him up while he's blind, the "bzuh?" one right after she tells him Luke's her brother....you can tell this is my #1 OTP to top all OTPs.

There's way way more, but I'm too lazy to take any more time listing more and these were the first that popped into my head.
