Odo and Kira, Star Trek DS9, after 5 1/2 seasons of buildup and tension and a flashpoint where the tension turns into a full-out explosion and a massive shouting match, in the middle of the crowded promenade with a hundred people's heads turning to look at them going "wait how what" while they give no fucks. Only onscreen kiss I ever literally cheered at out loud.

Runners up:

Ron and Hermione's in the book of Deathly Hallows. Harry's reaction is what really made it glorious.

Barney and Robin from HIMYM, in the cab, yakking laughing making fun of what a disaster their relationship was and effortlessly transitioning to frantically making out. I heard it was ripped off from Community but IDGAF.

Buffy and Angel: "Close your eyes." *heart shatters*

Fry and Leela, at the end of "The Why of Fry."

Han and Leia's in...can I just list every single one of Han and Leia's? Like, every single one of them I can remember? The "I'm nice men" one, the one right before he gets frozen, the one where she rescues him and wakes him up while he's blind, the "bzuh?" one right after she tells him Luke's her brother....you can tell this is my #1 OTP to top all OTPs.

There's way way more, but I'm too lazy to take any more time listing more and these were the first that popped into my head.
