If there's one thing you should never be ashamed of, it's your dreams. It's just the rigamorole of the day rattling around in your brain, it doesn't mean anything [/emersoncod] That actually sounds like a pretty badass dream.

Noting your pony icon, I had a Friendship is Magic dream earlier this week. Maybe it's because I'm sick and my brain was going to strange places, since I haven't watched any episodes since season 2 ended.

It wasn't a crossover, but it took place in a new part of Equestria, one full of massive canyons and dangerous cliffs. You could tell it was still in Equestria because the rocks were purple and the fog swirled like the clouds on the show. Lightning flashed; this place looked dangerous to everyone but pegasi.

Whenever one of the mane six showed up for the first time, the "screen" would go black and a neon version of that pony's cutie mark would scroll across the screen, like it was the Power Rangers or a magical girl anime or something.

The "episode" opens with Pinkie Pie's cutie mark scrolling across the screen as Pinkie plummets through the clouds to the ground.

Rarity's mark scrolls past and she comes swooping down from the sky on the butterfly wings from the Sonic Rainboom episode. She catches Pinkie and brings her back to the top of the cliffs, where a small pony town is being terrorized by monstrous birds. We see Twilight's cutie mark on screen as she and Spike are rallying the townsfolk and trying to repel the birds with magic. Pinkie joins her on foot to help.

Rainbow Dash's mark scrolls as she shows up to defend the people from the birds on wing, and Rarity, apparently the only other flier, joins her. They get separated from the townsfolk and chased down to the bottom of a canyon by the birds, who, when they reach the ground, quadruple in size and turn into owl-like monsters.

Rainbow Dash and Rarity are cornered on the ground by these owl monsters when suddenly, a giant gust of flame from offscreen burns across them. The screen scrolls Fluttershy's cutie mark and we see her standing next to a hot air balloon, using the flame and gas to drive the owls away. At this point, dream logic kind of filled me in on what was going on; apparently, since Fluttershy was such a weak flier, she'd taken up using machines to fly and became the first pony to reach space.

The dream ended there, sadly. It could have gotten pretty awesome from there.
