Princess Tutu. It has some flaws, but nothing that really damages my interest in any part of the show. Every episode does something to advance the plot, the characters are well-written and well acted, the animation is gorgeous, etc. Most of the complaints I have about it is nitpicking--the harshest thing I can say is that the early parts of each season feel pretty episodic the first time you watch them, but as I said they still all add something to the plot in some way and I don't think any of them could be cut out without losing something.

That's the only one I can think of off the top of my head.
