Man that's tough. Um, I thought Better Off Ted was pretty consistent in tone/humor through it's two season run, and I don't remember anything too egregious in terms of character development. The Middleman also didn't last long enough to go through derailment?

Oh, The Unusuals was pretty solid throughout its whole run. Also just a 1 season show, though, so it kind of is by default.

i'm still pretty butt mad about that awesome series never coming back.

Ugh, I know. And I was so excited that the episodes are on Netflix, but I don't even think the last two are up. Disappointment all around, but at least it introduced me to Jeremy Renner (and I was so excited to be watching Amber Tamblyn again, after the mess that was Joan of Arcadia's last season).
