Incidentally, probably my favorite thing about that scene how utterly terrified he looked. He was pretty much on the verge of having a breakdown and panicking and shitting himself the entire time he was carrying the nuke up, and you could tell he really didn't want to do this and he really really REALLY didn't want to die and he had so much other stuff he wanted to do and he had plans and he had goals and he didn't even get to call his girlfriend before he died, but he still did it because a lot more people would die otherwise and getting the nuke out meant he would die but it also meant everyone was safe and that was more important so it was okay. That's what was really impressive. If you're not scared about it, it isn't that brave, but if you're scared out of your mind and you do it anyway, yeah, that's awesome.
