Yep, "cum" is one of mine, and it sucks infinitely more when, instead of fic, it's in a book that you actually went out and bought with your very own money and you're stuck with it, no backbuttoning possible.

Also, "..." used as a line of dialogue. Nope, nope, nope, that's some fucking lazy writing right there, authors. I understand it's used commonly elsewhere, but if a fic isn't all dialogue, there's just no excuse for it whatsoever.
