how long was it between updates? i used to keep track of a lot of fics on kms but after a while i just stopped because i couldn't subscribe to the thread (did they change that recently so free users can? i just checked) and 99% of long km fic gets abandoned, and if not, the author unanons and posts it on Ao3 or something. it was way too much hassle to go through all my bookmarked WiPs to see if they had updated yet.
