I know that feel, OP. I still think that RPS is creepy as fuck and I'll never write fanfic involving RPS.

That said, I can't stop shipping two Minecraft players who like playing together and always joke about how they'll do each other. They've already met once in RL and will be doing so again next month at MineCon. Such a guilty pleasure.

I feel this way when the breakup is handled really, really well. When I feel for both characters and think they really loved each other but it just didn't work out or they just drifted apart, my heart breaks. I can't handle it. Then again, if the breakups are handled badly and someone is demonized/OOC cheating, then I stop reading period.

I prefer the breakups be mentioned in passing if they have to happen, honestly.

I only saw about the last fifteen minutes once. I expected it to be this light, fluffy and happy romantic comedy about an angel and a human who fall in love.

And then sudden angst and tragedy when Meg Ryan dies, and I refused to watch the rest of the movie since.

I'm in the same boat. I refuse to watch more Supernatural until it's DONE. That way I can blaze over the episodes I hate and move on rather than seething with anger for a week, hoping they make up for it the next episode.

Huh, Maka/Soul is actually one of the two hetero couples I like (the other 423.2 being all m/m pairings). I found that I usually cannot ship characters as friends, because I always think about how they will drift apart after they both get their own love interests. Now that I think about it this is why I was very happy about the possibility of canon Xena/Gabriel when I was little; not because I really cared about seeing them in a romantic relationship, but because goddammit, they have each other, they need no man in their lives, a guy between them would ruin their beautiful friendship!
