100% agreed. How is it entitled to identify as a lesbian anyway? And to, presumably (I have not seen any James Bond movies--I know, I know...), initially turn a man down because of it? I think it's far more entitled to assume that regardless of someone's sexuality, they want your dick.

You don't have to respect the lesbian, but all the macho disrespect in the world isn't going to make her want to have sex with you.
