James Bond and Entitlement

(Anonymous) 2012-10-22 11:09 pm (UTC)(link)
I think this concisely sums up a major problem in today's society. People are so entitled, they feel they have to make everyone accept everything about them. So you have to accept all this crap people say, even if it isn't right or gets in the way of what you want.

"Want to know why gay marriage is inevitable? Because today’s man, coerced into believing in his own emasculation, would introduce himself to a lesbian named Pussy Galore by saying: “I respect your lifestyle choice.” When James Bond met a lesbian named Pussy Galore, he slept with her.

James Bond: the opposite of self-entitlement."

Quote from here, which is quoting another article.
http://www.returnofkings.com/311/when-james-bond-met-a-lesbian

Why are people today so entitled that they think every "lifestyle choice" they make needs to be respected? And why is everyone so weak and emasculated that they accept this kind of entitlement? Just ignore their worthless excuses, their "demands" for respect and do what you know is correct.

Every lifestyle choice -- every human decision -- does need to be respected, as long as it isn't hurting anyone else. Period.

It's none of your business what they do with themselves, so stick your head up your ass where it belongs.

They can't, it's already up there. Amazing how they're able to type!

i would think it was more entitled to think your magic man cock could convert someone who id's as a lesbian

Re: James Bond and Entitlement

(Anonymous) 2012-10-22 11:43 pm (UTC)(link)
100% agreed. How is it entitled to identify as a lesbian anyway? And to, presumably (I have not seen any James Bond movies--I know, I know...), initially turn a man down because of it? I think it's far more entitled to assume that regardless of someone's sexuality, they want your dick.

+1

You don't have to respect the lesbian, but all the macho disrespect in the world isn't going to make her want to have sex with you.

(Also, people can choose to disrespect you right back - "entitlement" surely goes both ways!)

I don't get what you're trying to say... That people are only accepting homosexuality because they've been "emasculated"? That the so called correct thing would be to act ~*~manly~*~ by simply seducing anyone who claims to be lesbian?

So why shouldn't we respect someone's lifestyle choice, providing that it's harmless?

I'm pretty sure Bond would have still made a crack about her name. I mean, it's all bullshit, but I can't get past that. No way he'd let that slide, respectful of sexuality or not.

Though I'm pretty sure if you sucessfully seduce a chick, you aren't anti-self entitled (what the fuck? this wording...)

You are just JAMES BOND.

So are the rules different for all the lesbians who aren't named Pussy Galore?

This is the stupidest thing I've read all week.

Let's switch it around, shall we?

When James Bond met a gay man, he knew that his lifestyle choice of being heterosexual was nothing but entitlement on his part. Sex between them was inevitable.

Oh wait, that's stupid as fuck.

Having looked at the site, they literally have an advice article titled 'Is it easier to get laid in poor countries?'.

Hahaha jesus christ.

I mean the use of entitled and - well the rest of your post instantly set me off to thinking you were a cunt, but that just seals the deal on being a pathetic human being as well.

You had to go straight for c*nt? You couldn't have said asshole or douche or jerkwad? You had to go straight for the female gendered slur?

Is someone's precious masculinity so fragile that they have to disrespect someone's lifestyle just to prove I'M A MAN! How is that anti-self-entitlement? It sounds like the height of self-entitlement.

Re: James Bond and Entitlement

[personal profile] oroburos69 2012-10-23 12:51 am (UTC)(link)
But to answer that, we'd have to know what self-entitlement is. I know what entitlement is, but it's pretty focused on self and selfishness as it is. Once someone adds self in front...what precisely are they saying? It seems redundant.
