Woah I kinda envy you, because that's fantasy with elves, castles and shit, is the kind of fantasy I'm very much into, and... can't find it outside of games (like Skyrim or Dragon Age). Everything else books, manga are mostly on the urban fantasy type (the teenage hero meets demon/fae/angel/werewolf/shinigami and abandon boring school life for fun with them). I'd really love to here some medieval fantasy with elves, and dwarf and shit that IS NOT Witcher or Forgotten Realms series.

Zelazny's Amber Chronicles? Not to my taste (The main characters are all Tarot cards. Yeah.) but YMMV.

Try the first couple of Dragonlance trilogies or the Deathgate Cycle. Also, the Amber books mentioned elsewhere, um, yeah, the main characters aren't tarot cards, they're depicted on tarot cards, LOL! But they're excellent books.

Try Tad William's MEMORY, SORROW, AND THORN series (starts with THE DRAGONBONE CHAIR), Terry Brook's SHANNARA books (starts with THE SWORD OF SHANNARA, goes on forever...), pretty much any series by David Eddings.
