Re: Pop/upbeat music recs?

Anything covered by Glee. Either the glee versions or the originals will work. Most of the Warbler songs (I think there's an abulm or two just for Warbler songs) are played on the radio/in department stores so I guess it's supposed to be good working music, but personally I find it puts me to sleep. Maybe they'll be okay with it though? I'm assuming you'll run it by your mom.

Ashley Tisdale's album Headstrong and the song Shake It Up by Selena Gomez might work. (And possibly others by them, those are just the ones I've listened to). I don't think Kylie Minogue is too offensive but it's pretty suggestive. The only album of hers I've listened to extensively is Fever.

Also this work of beauty.

It's a concept album, a good noir soundtrack.

Yeah I was originally just gonna rec all the homestuck music but OP seemed to be asking for bad or at least mediocre stuff. The "taste" comment confused me.
