JUDGING YOU!! No, j/k, but...I cannot remember. I know it was an audio interview, and I guess it was from early 2011...? He was directly asked what the last movies he loved & hated were, and he kinda hemmed & hawed before saying that, adding that he liked several people in it (UM YEAH, like your onscreen wife Allison Pill and freaking Cap, JERK). And I think he said he loved A Prophet, which, well duh.

I thought Scott was a bit of a knob, which made the movie a bit blah for me. I liked the style though, and I liked Keiran Culkin especially.

And he loved Shame; I was legit rolling around on my couch and clawing at my face when I read those tweets, omfg. That was my #1 of last year. :') He also loved The Help, though, so...really, son. But that's even better; arguing with him about movies would be like the highlight of my life. So y'know.

It is. I saw Shame (the first time) and Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close on the same day; that was pretty weird too. He also stanned really hard for Rooney Mara, but I feel like watching TGWTDT within even a week of Shame would be traumatic. D8

I enjoyed EL&IC as well though I saw them a couple of weeks apart, I think. I can see how too close might be odd lol. Very different vibes.

I haven't actually seen TGWTDT, so my only experience with Rooney is The Social Network. And also one re carpet interviewer who asked her if whatever event it was (an awards show like the Globes or Oscars etc) was "her Superbowl" and she was kind of like "ha, no." How embarrassing for the interviewer lol - her Superbowl IS the Superbowl, silly!
