Well I'm no doctor so I don't know how bad it is. If you were awake for 30+ hours and crashed then yeah, that explains sleeping for 24 hours. It isn't normal because people don't usually stay awake for 30+ hours. And if your internal clock wants 24up/12down, I can't tell you if it's good or bad.

But no energy+feeling unwell+sleeping 24 hours is what's making me worried. Not "I have a weird internal clock and I want to sleep for 24 hours after being awake for more than a day" but "I want sleep for 24 hours and I don't feel like doing anything else but sleep."

See the difference?
