It doesn't sound quite right. People usually just sit back and digest when they eat so much they're uncomfortable, they don't go throw it up. Overeating is uncomfortable, sure, but it shouldn't make you want to puke.

If you overeat so much you actually need to throw up, that's a problem. If you hate the feeling of being too full so much you would rather go make yourself throw up than deal with the feeling of being too full for a while, that's also a problem.
