Ignoring the fact that pie face is actually a racist term for asians/native alaskians? Yeah, you probably would once people figured out what you were saying. Thing is a lot of people wouldn't actually get what you were saying. Face it, most people would think you were talking about a person if you used the term 'Jake', and people are going to assume you're calling someone a slutty girl if you say someone's a bimbo than calling someone a tough guy.

Sorry OP, but roughly 90 years have passed since most of those slang terms were really relevant so a lot of the words have changed meaning and connotation* since then, so most people just flat out what get what you're talking about a lot of the time.

*And generally they've changed to be more insults/slurs than not - plus, you might want to make *very* sure what you're saying means what you think it means, since standards for what was acceptable were vastly different at the time.
