Parturient, Final Fantasy 7, Hojo decides to carry JENOVA's baby, FOR SCIENCE. My absolute favorite m-preg-as-horror fic.
When The Bough Breaks, Final Fantasy 6, a very dark take on what happens to Terra (and the world) after the game ends.
No Barren Moon, Avengers (MCU), post-movie, everyone discovers why Loki worked for the Chitauri. Another fic that uses mpreg as a horror device really well.
Dark Side of the Moon, Soul Calibur, a headstrong young woman is seduced by a vampire only it's actually portrayed as a terrible experience.

I might dig through my faves and add a whole bunch more recs, but the most disturbing one I've read recently is "The Value of Strength" from The Avengers by margo_kim, which is "what if Steve Rogers is actually a complete monster pretending to be a nice guy?" It's so creepy and ruthlessly cruel, which is doubly impressive because the author is pretty obviously a big fan of the real Steve Rogers. And it has this amazing passage:
A weak man knows the value of strength. Knows the value of power....Love is the most powerful weapon you can wield. Love and respect and trust. Have those, and people will fall over themselves to defend you. Have those, and everything you do becomes acceptable. Have those, and you can set the world on fire just because you’re feeling cold.
