I have an irrational fear of sea monsters.

When it gets really bad, I play Shadow of the Colossus up to the giant electric eel. It usually takes me a while to kill it because I'm so filled with fear, but it's extremely cathartic when I finally do.

i felt the same way about him. i didn't get how my friends in this fandom could find him attractive because there's something about his face that scared me so much. i'm not so much over it as used to it since i started watching the show.

I used to think he looked like a young Peter Wingfield. I was a little disappointed when they didn't get Peter Wingfield to play his father on the show.

He's rather, um, unfortunate looking. He's a fantastic actor but I've never been able to get over his odd appearance enough to watch Merlin.

he is kind of funny looking but i have come to find him quite attractive over the years. plus, i do think he has grown into his looks a lot better now

I can never decide whether I think he's cute or really ugly. It kind of depends on the lighting/angle I guess.

For me it's less the big ears than it is how far apart his eyes are. I dunno.

Yeah he can look really odd from certain angles and under certain lighting. Some of the S1 promos were disastrous, he looked like an alien. But I found that once I started watching the show and seeing him in motion, I found him quite attractive.

I think he's incredibly sexy in real life. That photo just does him no favours at all.

Also, if the UK were ever to make a live action version of Death Note, Colin would be the best L EVER.

I used to think before i began watching s1 he was quite odd-looking, but I got kinda used to him and now he has quite grown into his looks and I kinda like the way he looks? haha :D
