She *labelled* them 'uke' 'seme' and 'superseme'. That implies that she's fully aware what that manga is about, and... that somehow those labels have changed what new mangas are about...
Unless that IS a manga from 1993?

ohhh yeah cos she was going on about passive pretty boys. But still. THEN she just seems to be going on physical appearance. In that case, yeah it's a bit different.

Naw that manga came out in 2000's. WHICH MAKES ME NOW WONDER POINT SHE TRYING TO GET ACROSS O:. Maybe she was just using the character's appearances, or something D: Because if she was saying something about their personalities there really is something wrong with her :/

Well, either way it seems really wrong. Either she's saying 'look, the uke's not pretty, and in this scene he doesn't seem that passive! And the seme's short!' Which seems... accurate, but really shallow since that's not all the things that people complain about with yaoi, and according to you guys, the uke still is whiny uking about the place, and the superseme is a rapist. OR she's saying 'look! There's one uke and two semes, who are different!' Which... is a really pathetic 'change' in modern mangas if that's what she's pointing out.
