I dunno, I can't imagine finding ears particularly gross. I'd much rather shake hands with Earwax Fingers than Nose Splatter Palms, given the choice.

I pick dead skin off my lips when they're too dry, sometimes to the point of bleeding. I try not to do it in public because I suppose it's gross, but I'm generally not concerned about it.
